This Privacy Policy describes how Bearbite ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Matchness (the "App"), available on Google Play.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or contacts. The App stores your game progress (scores, settings, saved games, virtual currency) locally on your device only; this data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, at any time in your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads.
The App offers optional in-app purchases (virtual currency packs). Payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Google's handling of your payment data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Purchase records (order IDs) are processed to deliver the purchased content and to restore interrupted transactions.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose other than those listed above.
We do not share personal data with third parties, except that the advertising and payment providers listed in Sections 2 and 3 collect data directly through their SDKs as independent controllers or processors, as described in their respective privacy policies.
Game progress is stored only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App. Data collected by third-party SDKs is retained according to those providers' policies. To request deletion of data held by advertising providers, you can reset your Advertising ID (see Section 2) or contact the providers directly. The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising in the App is configured as not child-directed. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws — including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) — such as the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Data transmitted by the integrated SDKs is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we and our service providers take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
